Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully stoked on your new gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused Nitro snowboards, boots, and bindings. Items must be in their original packaging with all factory tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Pack your unused equipment securely in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the gear is in brand-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
